A year ago, we moved our cloud-based video distribution over to Zype in order to expand to many other platforms seamlessly -- and this is one of the best moves we've ever made. What do you like best about Zype? The amount of metadata that you could store into episode descriptions. You could have all of the information in one place. What do you dislike about Zype? What do you like best about Zype? Easy to manage metadata around videos, categorize, build playlists, etc. What do you dislike about Zype? I wish there was more integration with YouTube and Dropox. What problems is Zype solving and how is that benefiting you? They went WAY out of their way to make sure we could deliver to a new service just for us. The service didn't make their job easier but they got it done anyway. Their customer service is also top notch.

What do you like best about Zype? Zype allows for a lot of customization and they are open to feature suggestions, which is great for a developer. Their customer service is quick and extremely knowledgable. Most importantly the video streams flawlessly and looks great. What do you dislike about Zype? Some of the admin interface can take time to learn, as does some of the functionality. You need to commit to learning the interface and what their system can do. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Zype? I like how user friendly Zype is, I was able to learn how to use the interface very quickly and it's very easy to navigate and make changes to our channels. What do you like best about Zype? Ability to organize video titles into playlists and integrate with mobile app delivery. Option to use standard reporting or extract data via API call. What do you dislike about Zype? Reporting tools are a bit limited and not as flexible to customize metrics and isolate subsets as we would like.
