What do you like best about Zotero? Zotero is stable and reliable. I do not need to be online to use the desktop application and it syncs seamlessly with the cloud. Because it is open-source, I can install plugins that further personalize the experience. I use ZotFile to sync my pdfs, which I link to the citations, with my OneDrive cloud server. I've used EastBib, but the experience is lackluster. The benefits are enormous time savings. Zotero cuts the time it takes to do citations from an hour to 15 minutes.
