Powerful tool but there are too many glitches in the sync to CRM

What do you like best? It's incredibly powerful and offers a vast library of tools. There a lot of ways to review performance reports, and the main campaign builder is relatively simple to use. It also syncs with many of the other Zoho products; integration and tracking stats in the other tools within the suite we have was very important to us. What do you like best? I like the different tools it incorporates. From the support tickets to the automated chats, it offers a lot of value! What do you dislike? It doesn’t work the best with Safari. Certain elements work better on Chrome.
