Really good software

What do you like best? We use Zoho Expense to track our business expenses and it works flawlessly! What do you dislike? Price, is high in my opinion. We have considered other software in order to reduce the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy, integrated, and customizable

What do you like best? I was already using Zoho Books so I liked how easy it was to integrate Expense. I compared a few receipt tracking apps and Expense was the simplest yet also the most customizable. What do you dislike? Fairly intuitive expense report system

Great well rounded solution

What do you like best? The clarity and easiness of the UI. The possibilities of integration with other applications. What do you dislike? Direct connect to Bank Account was not as easy and as functional as expected. A lot of manual correction is needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visualization and management of expenses.

Simple and efficient

What do you like best? It's so easy to use. Also you can send a photo via email and it scans everything for you. It makes everything so easy and quick What do you dislike? It might not be robust enough for big teams but for a small team it's perfect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my expense tracking so easy. No need to worry about it. Pay it, photograph it, send it. And it's done!

Business expenses made easier

What do you like best? Having all of my expense information in one place. What do you dislike? Old receipt data stays in the "Expense" folder. It would be better if that could be archived so that only the most recent receipts (from unreimbursed reports) were in that folder.
