What do you like best? Dependable functionable chat room for completing necessary communication which ends in compketed transactions. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike maybe bigger bubbles for current box conversation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "I love Zendesk Chat!"
What do you like best? I love how this product allows me to connect with my customers at a quick pace and handle many accounts at a time. What do you dislike? Sometimes the chat will freeze and kick me off of my chats. This doesn't happen often only when I am trying to take multiple accounts at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By being able to use Zendesk chat it has provided new options for us to solve our customers needs.

What do you like best? Zendesk chat is very easy to use. You just need to sign up, copy a piece of code onto your website and you're good to go. It has nice options wherein users can edit their own name, export a chat protocol and the widget can be moved around on the site.
