What do you like best? It's helpful to have both our regular correspondence and chat all in one place. Streamlined! What do you dislike? You have to add the tags while the chat is live, you can't go back afterwards What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Clean interface, easy to use, Zendesk Chat responds to the needs of the agents managing the chat. What do you dislike? The integration with our CRM software presented some challenges because of the large number of IPs that need to be opened for the Zendesk chat client to access the CRM's integration module.
