"Basic interface, few bells and whistles"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It works for the use intended ,in our case we use limited features for strictly resident rent collection and affordable certifications. We use it daily. Customer service and implementation reps are very helpful. Ours was a tedious manual integration process due to our specific program. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? "Full functionality with a lighter footprint."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze incorporates much of the robust functionality of Voyager in a more streamlined package, ideal for smaller CRE owners, operators, and managers. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze has every tool needed to run a successful mgt & leasing team. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Electronic Leases can be a challange, but customer service is always there to help. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? They have solved prospect tracking & lease conversion which was a big void in previous programs.
