"It really is a breeze"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It is user friendly once you learn how to navigate through the menus. The live chat is extremely useful, the customer support team is awesome. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I wish it had a few more features. Automation would be amazing. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? When we first started, it was mostly used for maintenance requests and that alone saved us from the microsoft excel nightmre we had before!
