Excellent customer service

We had a bit of trouble using xero and Jordan, one of their support specialists got in touch. I explained that I really needed someone to speak to me on the phone so he rang me straight away and helped in an excellent manner.There were a few technical problems with our phone apps but Jordan worked through them all and after a few phone calls we rectified the problem.First class customer service.
