Both software and staff support are amazing :)
I have always used Xero software which I love! In respect of support by Xero staff, I was confused about the access I had on my account when locating certain payroll and journal information so I logged a case with Xero support. A lovely lady called Mariyah replied to me who went above and beyond to help me - she responded very quickly, gave me so much information about how to actually resolve the whole issue (including the non-xero side of it) as well as how to use Xero to help and she was ...

Support was outstanding!
A week ago I was ready to give up on zero all together as I didn’t know how to fix the mess I had created with My employee’s pensions. I got in touch with zero support and it was fixed on the phone. I am just now sending my pension filings and I couldn’t have done it without Harry. I owe you a beer!

Jobs Work in progress
I needed to create a WIP forecast to our jobs and design a report. (Job name and costings etc) So I added a category of fees ie fixed timed etc and custom fields Jan - Dec manually inputted $ per mth WFM support opened my eyes to other ways to make reports work. :)
