The support with XERO is amazing
The support with XERO is amazing. All requests for help, assistance and support are answered so quickly, simply and efficiently. I was daunted by moving from my basic excel self made accounting spreadsheets to XERO but their superior support, customer service and simple explanations have made it far easier than expected. Taught me how to fix it.
Really helpful. Matt from Xero talked me through the issue over the phone so that I understood what was going on. I get that some people just want the issue fixed for them but I found learning how to fix and understanding what went wrong much more useful as it will save me time if it happens again.
