Just had my first experience of Xero…
Just had my first experience of Xero Support after 3 years of using the product for 3 of my companies. They were great! Alex was knowledgeable, professional and friendly - what more could you ask for? Xero is a truly great product, and now I know it is backed up with great support.

Thoughts so far!
Thoughts so far! I have found the programme excellent. One of the best parts is the online training available, from full days to a 45 minute quickie! So useful. I use it for two companies that I look after and it seems extremely versatile Thank you

Good if you understand double entry bookkeeping
Easy to use package if you know and understand how to produce a set of accounts. Only downside is that it is rare to speak to someone as it is all via email. Training sessions are really useful, but recorded. Would like more training on writing reports on XERO. Thank you for your response XERO, The report writing I am looking for would be for designing my own Management Accounts with KPI's etc I note your comments and will make an enquiry, Many thanks.
