Great Service

I had been struggling to move a subscription to another email address and had tried several times. I was starting to become concerned and on one of my replies requested a telephone call and or help to do this transfer. I spoke to Andrew who was so helpful and really explained the process to me and managed to do what I wanted. Brilliant service

The flexibility is wonderful

The flexibility is wonderful - the ability to review and edit is great. The reporting and basic functionality is very intuitive. The only area I find rather confusing is payroll with functions in, sometimes, less than obvious places. Overall - brilliant value for money.

Great easy to use and saves a lot of bookkeeping time. presentation of invoices and receipts to customers is professional and simplified payment systems means they can pay without any barriers. More than one customer in an account would be a massive improvement.
