Amazing customer service experience…
Amazing customer service experience from Xero. I requested a call. They called me and sorted everything out in a very professional manner. That's what you want from your accounting provider. TOP DOGS!

Xero Central
I needed help with Xero payroll and through Xero central I spoke with Mariyah. She was very helpful and gave me some tips that solved the problems I have been having. Every time I have needed help the Xero central support team have been fantastic with timely and helpful responses.

Can't beat Xero's customer Support
I had an issue with my P&L statement and with an income category that had a payment and refund which should have been zeroed out. I sent Xero help a message and received a response within 24 hours with some helpful steps I could take to fix the situation. When the steps only seemed to resolve part of the problem, I had a call set up with Asif a support specialist. Reports challenge quickly resolved
I had a challenge with some of the reports with one of my Xero clients. After submitting my query to the support team I received feedback within a short time-frame and now my challenge has been resolved. Thanx Xero!

Excellent support
Roberta was very helpful. After my bank feeds links were broken when my account number prefixes changed she guided me through changing the details in Xero. She then contacted my bank to help rectify the issue enabling me to get back to business!

I contacted Xero after HMRC effectively…
I contacted Xero after HMRC effectively 'lost' an MTD vat return submission and Nabeel on the support team was very supportive and helpful, giving me the confidence to persist with HMRC. They have now recognized that the return is submitted and I can carry on.

I recently moved to Xero from Sage
We recently moved to Xero from Sage. We had used Sage for 8 years so we were a bit nervous about making the switch. We got Xero accounting set up and running smoothly on our own, but we had a problem with the Xero PayRoll / Pension set up. When we ran our first payrun something wasn't right.
