Superb suport from Sandrine

I had several payroll and pension filing issues that I could not resolve on my own. After contacting Sandrine at Xero support all my issues were resolved. She was incredibly helpful, explained all actions really clearly and responded very quickly to all any extra questions. Really great service thankyou!

The team are great

The team are great, always very helpful. Today it was Fatheha, but other times people just as helpful. Cannot recommend Xero enough for both functionality and support.

I started using Xero from Sage…

I started using Xero from Sage Accounting, I was very sceptical as it's always difficult coming away from what you're use to. I have to say, it was the best thing I have done! I'd be lying if I said it was smooth sailing, but the Xero Support team is just great! They really do point you in the right direction. If you are thinking about trying Xero for the first time, you won't regret it. I now have all my clients on Xero and they also couldn't be happier.

Excellent support

Roberta was very helpful. After my bank feeds links were broken when my account number prefixes changed she guided me through changing the details in Xero. She then contacted my bank to help rectify the issue enabling me to get back to business!

I contacted Xero after HMRC effectively…

I contacted Xero after HMRC effectively 'lost' an MTD vat return submission and Nabeel on the support team was very supportive and helpful, giving me the confidence to persist with HMRC. They have now recognized that the return is submitted and I can carry on.

I recently moved to Xero from Sage

We recently moved to Xero from Sage. We had used Sage for 8 years so we were a bit nervous about making the switch. We got Xero accounting set up and running smoothly on our own, but we had a problem with the Xero PayRoll / Pension set up. When we ran our first payrun something wasn't right.
