We had a very convoluted issue that needed resolving regarding reconciliation of bulk payments, and how to allocate a payment from one that went to a wrong invoice.Dana was very knowledgable and persistent, and in the end, it all worked out.

Best support in their industry

This is not my first time contacting Xero support, but every time I do, the service I receive is top notch. Their staff are usually very friendly, as well as being knowledgeable about the system and good at explaining how to resolve the problems I report. The support team is one of the reasons I recommend Xero as a product.

Just moved from using Xero at arm's length through my accountant to having my own direct account. Very pleased with my sales guy Shaq, and how he handled my account. Enthusiastic and informative. Set up of my bank accounts was transparent, and I was ready to go on the same day.

I have been a book keeper for over 20 years and although it appears daunting at first its the best simple easy to use platform on the market.
