Really excellent service offered by Alex in Xero support - was specifically asking about 'free text invoices' and 'proforma' - he was able to demonstrate how to access the templates, make changes and how it works.

Excellent after hour/emergency assistance

Very impressed by the after hours assistance. Client needed Management Reports on short notice. I reported my problem with the import of a csv file at 19h15. At 21h45 I received feedback. The following morning I scheduled a Xero team viewer session and the problem was solved within 15 minutes. Friendly, expert advise.

I experienced difficulty logging on to my Xero account. I sent an email to the Helpdesk and received a reply from Seb within five minuets with clear instruction what to try to solve the issue. These instruction worked resolving the issue.

Briliant customer support

Briliant customer support. I contacted Xero Support with a fairly detailed payroll query and had a very helpful initial reply very quickly (within a couple of hours), then prompt to'ing and fro'ing messaging with more information, the end result of which is I knew exactly what I had to do to resolve the problem I was having. All cleared up within hours of raising my initial query. Thankyou Xero support :-)
