Great support when you need it

With upcoming changes to the way Xero clients are managed, I got in touch with support who took me through the process - when running into an issue I set a time for a call and they rang on time and everything is sorted.

Great support & super friendly

I had a problem with my bank feeds, and straight away Andy was a great help. He kept checking on it throughout the day to see if the issue had resolved. He was able to fix the issue quickly.He was so helpful and really lovely. Thank you so much :)

Couldn't Receive Emails from Xero

We a a difficult issue where we couldnt receive emails from Xero in Outlook (and it wasnt an Outlook issue). We reported the issue to Xero at 4.30pm and although Xero had to upgrade the issue to their Technical team James had it fixed by 8pm!Nice work guys!

I had a query and contacted Xero support, Tom replied very quickly and gave a full, detailed answer which was very easy to follow.
