Habib is an absolute hero - Xero Support
Due to Covid-related disruption, I hadn't been into my Xero account for a few months. My bank feed hadn't refreshed, and whilst it appeared to contain all the transactions, the statement totals didn't add up, indicating that there had been a glitch in the import. Lizzie from Xero phoned in response to my query with one of their reports. I was unable to remove an item from the report even when I'd followed their online instructions. She was friendly and helpful and between us we sorted it out and now she's going to contact her online support to slightly reword the instructions and make them clearer :)

Had problems with 2fa
Had problems with 2fa. Emaile xero and sorted ! Only comment is website makes it tricky to know when you have sent a request . Otherwise 5* for service !

Great software system and support
I was having trouble with uploading a form to the bank and the Xero help desk couldn't have been more helpful. David resolved my problem quickly and kept in touch about the progress of my issue. I find Xero an easy and efficient bookkeeping system and highly recommend it and the support the company offers.
