Workcast gives great results
I've used a few different webinar providers but I have found Workcast gives the best results (more registrations and leads). I think this is because they don't use flash so much so it's easier for attendees to access my events. I've also found the support much better than I've had from most other Web products.

Simple tool for marketing webinars
What do you like best? Basic tool that enables live streaming and on-demand videos What do you dislike? Very easy program to use, virtually an easy step by step process.
What do you like best? It's so easy to navigate through the process. Not an overly complicated program. I'm able to get all my work done within a matter of minutes. What do you dislike? I dislike the log in progress. I can't save my password word in the system. Otherwise I think it's an great program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nimble but steady webcast provider
What do you like best? Workcast provides solid and reliable service and frequently updates and upgrades their system. They are very responsive to input and feedback and have often instituted changes we have recommended. What do you dislike? The Q&A interface a bit klunky and could benefit from being a bit more flexible. Good support, good audio & video quality
We had some technical issues before the recording of our first webinar, but the WorkCast team was very helpful during a follow-up call to make sure that the live event went of without problems - which it did.

The team at Workcast are great!
The team at Workcast are great!We have flagged that the poll questions need to be improved as there is a time lag between doing them and publishing the results/speakers reading to the results.

Would highly recommend
We've had a really good experience of working with WorkCast so far. The team is very attentive and happy to help with any issues which is always a help when hosting a webinar! The platform itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I think some improvements could be made to the reporting functionality, hense why I've not scored a 5 - but I'm sure these will come in time as the platform develops.

Overall very happy and excellent customer service
We have been working with WorkCast for a number of years and overall I'm very happy with our events. Customer service is excellent and the UK-based team are all extremely helpful, calm and clear when dealing with us and with our clients. There are some niggles here and there with the service from time to time, but the team has always been extremely responsive to any issues and are willing to work with us to make changes when we need them.
