"Worth it for small scale businesses"

What do you like best about Woodpecker.co? I recently began a car-pooling startup. Getting new users was by far the biggest challenge. So, my team and i decided to send mass emails to give out signup bonuses and free trials. Woodpecker helped us get our customized emails up and going in a matter of hours.

"Cheap and effective Cold emails"

What do you like best about Woodpecker.co? We use a lot of cold emails to attract customers and to invite them to try our products. Woodpecker helps us automate the process and also helps provide different kinds of responses to those customers who end up clicking on our links or replying to a cold email. My favorite feature is the option to customize the emails being sent so that the customers feel the personal touch.

"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about Woodpecker.co? My favorite features are definitely how easy it is to integrate forms into any application to be used, customize them and create cold emails based on them to reach hundreds of students from different departments at the same time. This saves a lot of time, and makes marketing, scheduling, and campaigning very easy.

"Great Prospecting Tools"

What do you like best about Woodpecker.co? I love how easy it is to use and the efficiency with which you can send mass/'cold' emails which help in reaching a lot of prospects. This helps me communicate with all the tutors working for me very easily because of the great campaigning features provided through which I can set up informative meetings with them.

"Getting better everyday"

What do you like best about Woodpecker.co? True to an email blaster, being able to control the scripts and the pathways in which emails receivers get their emails is important, especially when you are cold selling via email. Woodpecker does allow for that. It also helps that they provide some basic script templates to build off of.

poor customer service and over priced for what it is

The software is relatively good but they charge a lot, they charge for every add-on you can think of and I don't mind paying it if it removes obstacles from my day to work but I have found there to be some hiccups which were not fixed with enough urgency and Jake in customer service seemed to not care. We as consumers have very little options but the least we can do is call it out when it happens to us. Not happy!

Woodpecker.co has some useful features…

Woodpecker.co has some useful features for cold email outreach, but my experience was hit-or-miss. I faced deliverability issues that impacted my campaigns, and the limited integrations didn’t help with workflow efficiency. Support was responsive, but for the price, I was hoping for more reliability and flexibility. I recently switched to ReachInbox, and I’m seeing better deliverability rates and easier campaign management.

They keep charging after subscription…

They keep charging after subscription is cancelled. Even after reaching out to customer support, they refuse, it seems to be their scheme. Stay away! Many people having the same issue obviously.

Do not recommend it at all - extra pay

Do not recommend it at all. Frist - you cant just stop subsription if you dont use it without losing history. You can delete account or pause it and pay fee anyway. Second, even worst: I deleted account in February and somehow deleting was cancelled. Woodpecker said it was me who did it, but I didnt log in sisnce deleting. Had to pay extra mount for not using it. March - the same situation. I deleted account and again somehow it was restored to paused so i have to pay once more. Its ...
