What do you like best? The reporting tab which gives a great overview of the tests you’re running and how they are performing. For me, getting to see this information without the need of exporting the results into a spreadsheet is a real time saver. What do you dislike? Good insights, easy to use tool

What do you like best? We've built dozens of tests through Webtrends for our agency, and never really struggled. The UI is straightforward enough and the support team is helpful too, but all of the additional bits they offer are what really makes it a compelling proposition for our clients. What do you dislike? Very efficient test builds - rarely any issues - smooth process

What do you like best? For me the quality of the delivery and test/target builds was very strong. As a BA, and former QA, I helped collate and write requirements for the team our aside to feed into the pipeline alongside the recommendations and hypotheses proposed by Webtrends Optimize team. What do you like best? Simplicity in terms of being able to jump in and use the platform without much in the way off training or the need for much previous experience.
