A great partner for any Service Provider that requires international numbers

What do you like best? The staff are incredibly attentive to any cases that are raised and all cases are dealt with efficiently and with minimum fuss. The API makes life easy for us and we receive frequent updates via email with regards to any outages or planned works. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have the option to upgrade trunks without the need to do this in blocks of 10 or allow traffic to burst for a small amount of time per month, outside of those minor gripes I ...

Fast and flawless communication all over the world

What do you like best? Voxbone network and services expand rapidly; we use geographical, national, mobile and toll-free numbers, and the service is always impeccable. I like user-friendly interface where one can easily set-up numbers, channels, create subaccounts. API is also available. We were able to integrate Voxbone mobile numbers with our SMS platform sms.csc.lv That is, all incoming text messages to Voxbone numbers appear on the customer's SMS portal, which is great. ...

Excellent Voice Services Partner!

What do you like best? Voxbone has always made it easy to turn up their services. Their API functions are easy to integrate and allow us to provide our customers with real-time, instant-on provisioning and service delivery. What do you dislike? No real downside. It would be great if they had a South Florida presence although that hasn't held us back in anyway. Ticket responses are good via their portal. A more direct interaction for tickets would be nice to see, perhaps via chat. ...

Good Vendors of International Market

What do you like best? The DID/ITFS offered by the website are at very cheap price and the best part is the delivery of numbers is instantly after order is completed. The billing is postpaid however other vendors have prepaid billing What do you dislike?
