Great Experience in Every Way

I came across this company because I received an invite to do a video message for a family member. When my husband’s 60th birthday was on the horizon, he didn’t want a party, this format provided a perfect solution… bring the Surprise party to him. It was so easy to send invitations , with automated reminders, and navigate the arrangement of submissions, I couldn’t be any more pleased. What do you like best about VidDay? The best things I liked about VidDay is how easy it is use to deliver your video message. I recently started using it for my team by sending good wishes for my team mate on his wedding and everyone just loved it. Recipients surely like the personal touch with individual video message for wishes.

What do you like best about VidDay? It's the ease of use, simplicity, and quality that makes this product shine. Not to mention the incredible online support that is so prompt and useful. Using VidDay was a real treat, many online software tools are far too complex or don't do what they claim to do. I found the vidday product to look exactly like their examples and was very pleased overall.

What do you like best about VidDay? Everyone gets an email requesting them to contribute to the video. There are lots of supports for them (even if they're not technical people). They upload a short clip and I had them all in my portal in a couple of hours.

Awesome customer service

The process of uploading was easy. By the time I completed my project, the final rendering just polished a few spots of what I had already done myself, but that helped with its overall delivery. So for the video process, I give it a 4. Now as far as customer service/chat, that, I rate a 5! The support I received each time I had a question was stellar! Very detailed yet easy to follow

Very detailed yet easy to follow. Brought tears to my teacher's eyes when she viewed it! Only 2 things would make it better. Make it more obvious for participants to turn their camera ON when recording their message. Secondly, send the follow-up option for sender to record the recipient watching the final product (I got that email too late after the video was watched).

extremely user-friendly

This app is extremely user-friendly. It is easy to share the link so that people of all ages can submit a video or photos. Videos can be clipped a bit at the ends if needed. There are a variety of backgrounds to choose from. My only suggestion (and the reason I didn't give 5 full stars) would to make it easy to edit / cut the ends of an audio clip as well so that it can be shortened if necessary and also to control the fade in / out on the audio. Perhaps these could be "advanced" features ...

Love this App

Love this App! easy to use. easy to share. very inexpensive to make it special ! just wish I could pay for better music options like happy birthday etc. and if we were able to cast it onto our TV that would be helpful also. otherwise a great service ! I've used it 3 times now !
