What do you like best? I read a news about Verloop so i try to use in my website and works perfectly. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anythinh is easy even if you dont have any knowledge in programming. Recommendations to others considering the product: If pretty happy with the resultds of this product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's perfect to been in touch with your customers.

What do you like best? Verloop has just enough automation for my bots to keep users engaged until we can talk to them ourselves. I also like the way it integrates with Slack so we always capture leads in real time. What do you dislike? That I cannot delete closed chats from my dashboard. I have many chats that I did for test purposes and they are currently just cluttering my dashboard. I would like to remove them and been waiting on that feature to come but hasn't yet. The whole software and layout are intuitive and there is no learning curve to use it. What do you dislike? Too many tutorials and documentation.
