Save yourself the aggravation and waste of time.
Decent for platform orders, HORRIBLE for any order being generated without syncing from a major platform like AMAZON or EBay, also didn't help that the customer support is impossible to reach and when you do, they hang up on their clients. Terrible interface!

Charged without explanation or refund.
I don't use this service, and am not a seller on Amazon. I found a charge on my card, and after multiple emails back and forth, no one could tell me why I was charged. Instead of offering to refund the charge or investigate further, they said I should just handle it with my bank. I had to do a chargeback with my bank and get a new card. Based on the lack of any answers their CS team could provide about this, I'm not recommending them as a good company.

I've just started using veeqo and I am very impressed with the platform. It connects to all my marketplaces and so far it has saved me lots of valuable time especially with inventory. Shipping with Royal Mail is also a breeze. To top it all the platform is FREE. Love it.. hopefully they will add more features as the software develops. I will certainly recommend.

Packing slip No info about the box to pack
The interface is OK, but there is no information on packing slip so when the packer picks up the paper, it doesn’t know what box to pack it in that is very bad

It doesn't do a lot...actually nothing.
I use Shipstation for order management of marketplace orders, so hoped that veeqo would do the same. But it is absolutely useless. The integration doesn't recognise that orders were shipped on the marketplace over a year ago. These should be removed automatically from the main page. I can't 'select all' and delete them manually either. The tags don't update. I have hundreds of out of date orders just sitting there. At least include a simple delete button to clean the page up! I really tried to like this
I really tried to like this. However, I am not sure who provides their customer service. I keep getting error codes and write to them, but they said they needed a screenshot of the error code. Even though I told them exactly what it was. They have a nice idea, it remembers measurements and weights for certain packages, but 25% of the labels will not generate. Aftersales on faulty products non-existent
Ordered 2 scanner on 10 June. One works fine. The other doesn't scan at all. Almost 2 months later and numerous emails, 'support tickets' being raised and being fobbed off by any number of people and excuses, still nowhere nearer with repair, replacement, return or refund. If you order and all goes fine it might be great but if anything goes wrong, don't expect any aftersales - this is completely non-existent.

I had a terrible experience with Veeqo after connecting my UPS account. Once connected, I lost the ability to see Amazon's Buy Shipping options through UPS. Even after deleting my carrier, the problem persisted, which I later found out is a known issue. It’s frustrating that there’s no immediate fix, and while they claim to be working on it, there’s no timeline for when it will be resolved.
