I use VCC Live every day. It's very transparent and handle.

What do you like best? VCC Live has created a 21st century work environment. You can work with it anytime from anywhere. What do you dislike? The support is sometimes difficult, but it isn't usually problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The VCC Live connects my colleagues with our company’s clients. Pros: -Real-time monitoring -Great reach for many customers -High-tech Contact Center solutions

We have a very long and good relationship with VCC Live because the strong and effective PM

What do you like best? Project management, flexibility, reliability, comfort, What do you dislike? We cant use the client on any apple product, mobile app, we cant use mobile numbers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use the VCC in very different project from a simply outgoing campaigns through basic and specified incoming campaigns for very specific, rare and unique tasks.

Unprecedented speed, extremely easy to use, continuous availability of support.

What do you like best? It was a great pleasure for us to be able to start our clinical trial with unprecedented speed with the help of VCC. What do you like best? Quick and convenient project creation. Easy API integration. Great customer service. What do you dislike? Sometimes problems with two-way SMS. VCC is a conveniente solution for remote contact centers

What do you like best? The real monitoring view is very useful to check on all the agent at the same time. The option to customize the agent interface is cool and easy to use. The statistics are also fundamental in contact center environment and VCC offers a great variety of them. What do you dislike?
