What do you like best about Upshift? Ease of use and availability and responsiveness of our rep. What do you dislike about Upshift? The cost to hire an employee especially for lower paid positions that are harder to fill. What problems is Upshift solving and how is that benefiting you? Being short staff can create customer service issues. Utilizing Upshift, even on short notices, has helped up fill in gaps and create less problems for our residents and other staff.

What do you like best about Upshift? The technology aspect of Upshift makes it easy to communicate with staff and my Upshift contact. It also makes it easy to post shifts quickly when I need help at the last minute. What do you dislike about Upshift?
