What do you like best? The immediate support on the Chat format is always very helpful. No problem is too small or big What do you dislike? Email marketing solution that offers great analytics
What do you like best? This software allows you to track so many variables related to your email marketing. The heatmap of emails is a great resource. What do you dislike? I dislike that white-hot is used as a visual marker on the heatmap. As much as this may be scientific, it goes against the archetypal imagery associated with heat. Solid product with outstanding customer support/service
What do you like best? First, I can't say enough about the customer support. Whether its online chat or a call, I always get an immediate answer (and a lot of patience as my skills challenge even the best rep). Even better is my account rep who patiently explains things to me, answers questions immediately (often in the same day) and is always available to provide his expertise to my challenge. Easy to use platform
What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use and provides you with what you need. What do you dislike? Not being able to see a better breakdown of engagement by ISP. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have the interface being so easy to use, it allows for a pretty speedy process of getting used to.

Great Customer Service and Email Client
What do you like best? The customer service is great. The online chat is always helpful and if they don't have the solution to an issue there is almost always a resolution within a day or two. The automation features are also great and very simple to setup somewhat complex sending systems. Customer service is definitely the biggest plus here and i can't emphasize how great they are! Adestra is highly sophisticated
What do you like best? I like the support that we have had while learning the software. Also, we have found that the software has a much greater capacity than we imagined. What do you dislike? There are some aspects of the reporting that need to be improved. The heatmap feature should allow a user to view multiple launches at once, rather than just one. What do you like best? Overall, it is a very user friendly platform that makes organization easy. Administration of the platform is laos easy to do and the new template designer is awesome!r.
