What do you like best? The customer support is excellent which is the most important thing in any ESP because it means that you can overcome anything else. The email editor and the reporting are both super intuitive which is why I brought Adestra in when I joined Prospect. What do you like best? I am always impressed by the account managers support, who never hesitate to assist me in day to day queries and on boarding big clients. What do you like best? The chat function on Adestra is wonderful, the responsiveness and help never fall short. What do you dislike? One update i could see being helpful is when sending an a/b test there is no way to generate a live report link for the test, only for the mailing as a whole. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting streamlining, as well as a well rounded email deployment tool.

Adestra is the best platform we have seen since Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What do you like best? The platform contains all the bells and whistles we relied on when using Salesforce. Since switching we are learing that the platform has much more to offer than some of the other Marketing Cloud platforms including IBM, Oracle and Adobe. Best part of the tool is the support. What do you like best? It's easy to create filters to segment your data into groups of users to target with personalized campaigns.
