Very scammy the way they do business. Wanted to try In Pixio 9 from a fb ad and downloaded it, then it said activate and I tried and it made me buy it, in light writing it said one year, I was upset I had to buy it to try it, missed it was only one year, Avanquest sells it for a one time price only 20.00 more. Then I asked for a refund because I did not want to keep paying year after year so they offered me 2 years for the same price. I said ok but I want to try it first if I am not happy ...

Horrendous

Horrendous. Do not touch this company. You buy one item and they then charge you for 3 more. Then a technician will tell you that your computer runs slow and he can help to speed it up and if you don't know what's happening they will "abuse" your computer. It took me 4 hours to run all the antivirus programs and I still have a problem that I can't uninstall the program!

Avoid Upclick.

I purchased online TV 15 and it would not download. Billing Number UEEQX2QQ.Asked for help but no reply. Do not use Upclick as they have not supplied the program as described, failed to answer my email and now have my credit card details.

They are Fraud

They are Fraud ! Today I ordered Soda PDF 11 editer online which seems real tobe the Soda PDF website, but got email from Upclick.com and billing from softwaremypc.com.They seems to be just stealing credit cards details. i hope to manage this with my bank before they steal something.

Des voleurs j'ai acheté arcon 18 ultimate le 15 décembre 2015,.Ils m'ont fait acheter un contrat d'entretien parce que le modéliseur de véranda ne fonctionnait pas,cela m'a coûté 516,97 Euros ,comme ils n'ont pas pu réparer ils m'ont remboursé ,mais ils ont refusé de réattribuer ma licence .Je viens de racheter le même pour la somme de 1016,97 Euros ,l'éditeur d'objet à partir d'une image ne fonctionne pas.Ils me proposent à nouveau la même arnaque.

J'ai fait l'objet d'un appel téléphonique afin d'une lise à jour.Lors de cet appel ilm'a été demandé mon code CB.Pensant avoir affaire à la Société MULTILOGITIEL je ne me suis pas méfié.J'ai constaté la prise de la somme de 249 € le 04/11/2018 alors que j'ai souscrit le contrat annuel en date du 11/04/2018 pour la même somme.J'ai réclamé le remboursement de cette somme et à ce jour (05/01/2019 je n'ai rien reçu.
