Due to the flexibility of the product it is hard for Unit4 to support you. They have to understand your set up first in order to get to how it happened before they can offer a fix (if they can). What do you like best about Unit4 ERP? Agresso when set up right is very flexible and easy to use. What do you dislike about Unit4 ERP? Integration with 3rd party software takes time. What problems is Unit4 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidated reporting with currency conversion. This is tricky and I'm still looking for ways to make it happen.
