"User Friendly"

What do you like best about TriNet? I like having a dedicated benefits and payroll contact for personalized service. What do you dislike about TriNet? We are a very small company, and I wish there were more health insurance options. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: User friendly platform, excellent client services, provide helpful notifications. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? It is very efficient having everything HR under one roof.

What do you like best about TriNet? Going into my fourth year as a TriNet customer, I can't even imagine a reason to seek another provider. I was pitched by a more expensive PEO whose selling point was that they're "higher personal touch" than TriNet. What does that really mean - their tech sucks, so to get anything done you have to call and talk with a human. "Easy solution for payroll and benefits"

What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use, I spend less than 15 minutes a week on average dealing with my payroll and benefits. It also has a great portal for employees to self manage their benefits. This has taken a great load off of my shoulders allowing them to be self sufficient. Another great service is how easy it is to on board a new employee and stay within compliance going forward. I'm sure that I would be exposing myself to more risk had I not been using TriNet. What do you like best about TriNet? Top-notch affordable healthcare, plus dedicated HR/payroll specialist. What do you dislike about TriNet? Technology platform could be improved. Reporting can be tedious to retrieve. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Cheaper healthcare than a 50 person firm could obtain on their own

What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of all things HR. Portal for admin and employees. No worries with all the laws if the different states I am in. What do you dislike about TriNet? Of course I could say price but I have found nothing that beats it. 😃 What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to do my work and not worry about laws and payroll and benefits.
