"Best POS HANDS DOWN- I’ve ever used in my 20 years of customer care!"

What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? Where do I begin.? I love EVERYTHING about it. One of the best things I've found about it which makes it SO easy, after using and adjusting over time to many different pos systemsis ; You have the ability within to pretty much navigate to ANY screen, at any given point, at any time.

Don’t get Touch Bistro!

I used Touch Bistro for about 5yrs and they have the worst customer support ever!! You can never get through and the call back option is fake. They call back with a Toronto number which ends immediately after one ring. I was on hold for more than 1.5hr on multiple occasions, and again they end your calls. “They claim they got better answering calls” but that’s BS. Just called the on 3/24/2022 and same fake call back option. Called 4 times to get before getting through. I finally cancel my ...

Not a great pos and customer service

We use touchbistro For our pos more than 2 years now. The Customer service is really bad. If you have an issue they won’t try resolve that fast. They are saying it’s no.1 pos please don’t fall for it.

They said I am In a Contract

They said I am In a Contract, whenever they never finish the job. I was supposed to get a better equipment but that was worst and more expensive 2 times more... its ridicules. I want to try to resolve the issue, but they try to convincing me to stick to them. I just want finish with them...

Simple but Great POS.

After reviewing than a couple alternatives, Touch Bistro was the best choice. It has the features needed and was a great value. The sales team is very professional and helpful in answering questions in detail. We did refer 2 other locations which have also installed Touch Bristro.
