the best service i could ask for

When I first recevied the equipment I was lost but they help me step by step over the phone and I am happy that I went with Touch Bistro.

I would give this company 0 stars if it…

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. My restaurant burned to the ground, nothing salvageable and it is unknown if I will even be able to rebuild. I am left with nothing...but guess what, I can not cancel this account, and I must keep paying the monthly service fees until my 24 month contract expires. I have 0 income, what a bunch of cold hearted people.

Needs more back office support

We have two venues, gift cards on both, reservations on both and online ordering...we spend a lot of money at TouchBistro. We'd give them five stars as we are generally happy but after talking to support (no help) about how the POS handles cash on the End Of Day Report and how it reports it (my accountant cannot balance their reports) we are looking at going back to pen and paper for cash outs and start looking for an easier POS. I got my system in a box one months…

I am updating my review for Touchbistro to add even more bad news. I got my system in a box one months ago. I have had one twenty minute call with Samantha Perez my “contact person” who I can only contact through email. And an hour long installation call which ended abruptly on the hour. The system is still not functioning and it’s like “watch some videos on line and figure this out yourself”. Now I am tech savvy and have a wiring installation background, I have run the extra cables ...

What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? The mobile app is excellent to keep track of sales on the go. Backend reporting is excellant.

Customer service needs work

I enjoy the ease of the system, however, I have had no luck in customer service when it comes to discussing the billing. The original salesman led me to believe we had complete use of the POS and now it appears we have to pay for each additional service.
