I love Touch Bistro from their customer…

I love Touch Bistro from their customer service, to all the new integrations they have. Personally I work with many POS and Touch Bistro has been the best!

Shocking customer Shocking customer service and worst system to use - AVOID AVOID AVOID service and worst…

Worst system to use, too many bugs, leave you hanging over busy weekends when system crashes each time. I have told all my friends who use thier system to avoid and move elsewhere as they are pathetic at what they have and what they false promise.

I switched from Toast to Touchbistro…

I switched from Toast to Touchbistro and it was the best decision I’ve made. The customer service is so much better. My sales rep (Rich C) was hands on throughout the on-boarding process and it was smooth…Loyalty is better than toast too. Go with the bigger iPads for kitchen display tho, or project it onto a TV

The customer service is good when you…

The customer service is good when you get a rep on the line. I called in to make an update to my account, but I wasn't able to connect to someone right away about a 3 issues that I have been having with TouchBistro for a while. One is a customer service billing issue. The other 2 are technical issues that cannot seem to be resolved. The wait times are too long for me to get technical assistance with my issues. I am too busy to stay on top of the issues.

Wouldn’t Touch with a Barge Pole!!

Wow! Where do I start?? Maybe the fact I’m £2000 out of pocket and with no epos software from Touch Bistro would be a good place to start! Why you ask…..because they don’t offer refunds and even though their sales rep told me many times that their software could do everything my current epos could, he lied! I use it for our culinary program at our technical post-secondary school. It has great training videos and has been very easy for the students to use. Also, the technical support has been extremely helpful.
