"Customer Service and V400m Credit Card Processing are terrible"

What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? The functionality of the POS table side with iPad minis is great and time saving for servers. This is the only positive feature that we are fully comfortable giving accolades to. One of the advantages of this company TouchBistro is that it is fast in technical support and compared to international prices, its prices are the cheapest prices and they have a large technical support team that maintains customer comfort A POS system called TouchBistro is designed for businesses that want to control their personnel, menu, and tables.

The WORST

Touch Bistro has the WORST customer service of any POS company I’ve ever experienced. Their sales staff offers the MOON, but when it come right down to it, there’s nothing but empty promises, and spotty service. We’ve had tons of issues to the point I just gave up trying to get them resolved, and just don’t use many of the paid-for services. The worst company

The worst company ive done business with. Look at their reviews on the Ap store. Constant glitches forcing me to close my bar on more than one time. Ive had to sign up for Square just to have a backup POS for all the times TouchBistro goes down. They started charging me fees before I was even set up to use the software. The pos side wirjs fine and us yser friendly. The startup and yearly costs are way too high. For my volume if business,it takes away profit. Research prices before you buy.

Hands down best POS

Switching to touchbistro was the best thing that could have happened to our business. Customer service is quick and efficient. Although I basically customized the whole menu and it took days/hours to finish touch bistro was there every step of the way to answer any questions. I love how efficient it is. New Staff always brags about how easy this system is. There are a few things they can improve but I feel that they are slowly improving with each update.

Constant Delays, Endless Connectivity Issues

As a bartender, using TouchBistro has been a nightmare. It promises quick, simple, and easy service. However, be prepared for constant crashing and endless delays and connectivity issues. The service in really unreliable for a fast paced, quick service setting. It takes on average 5 to 10 whole minutes to do a simple cash transaction.
