What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Its quite handy and sync with internal organisation structure. You get to know more about people you not know thouroughly and learn about them. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? I love that it makes filtering, finding and matching with mentors so much easier than doing it from scratch! What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? I cannot think of any downsides, to be honest! What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Together Mentorship? I like how user-friendly this tool is. It caters to busy working individuals by providing ongoing insight and tools to help navigate the mentor/mentee meetings. It also gives plenty of opportunities to catalog the feedback from the monthly meetings. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? It gives advice on conversation topics days before each session, how the sessions should be advancing, schedules the meetings and asks how each session has gone after the meeting is over. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Together Mentorship fits great with the current WFH set up especially when starting out at a fast-moving company with a lot of things to learn. Whilst we have great onboarding (the best I have ever undertaken) as there is so much information so quickly it is extremely helpful to have a structured program to spend time with someone who has been putting into practice what I have been learning and "translating" it into real-world value.
