"Personalized Support"
What do you like best about Thinkific Plus? I love regular meetings with our Thinkific PLUS Customer Success manager. She can troubleshoot about our specific design needs, connect us with support, and respond to our requests asynchronously. It feels very high-touch in that we know there's someone from Thinkific on our side helping us achieve our goals on a regular basis.

What do you like best about Thinkific Plus? I like the simplicity of it. It's easy to use and figure out for the most part. We've received good feedback from students who are taking the courses.

What do you like best about Thinkific Plus? I appreciated how much control you had over the various aspects. Even the free version was great. We were able to gain important insights to various strengths and weaknesses in our training and onboarding processes which helped make future decisions.
