"Just what we needed."

What do you like best about Textline? Scheduled messages make reminding customers about their prescription refill date approaching makes life so much easier than using a Google calendar reminder and having to print something out. We also use the automated responses afterhours to help educate our customers on how we do business. What do you like best about Textline? The simplicity of it was superb. I enjoyed the platform. I liked the announcement feature where you could schedule future times and dates. I do not have anyone to compare to.

"Cool features with awesome support."

What do you like best about Textline? We love the option of be able to assign conversations to specific members of our support team. This way our clients are only speaking to one agent at a time. We love the different view options for the inbox. We can keep the clutter hidden with a simple click. While textline only offers support through text and email, they do respond quickly. The help center is also very well done, and very useful to get a better knowhow of all the available features.

What do you like best about Textline? I love my TextLine account for my business! Simple to use! TextLine HQ is always quick to respond and has all the info you need to complete any project! I particularly love the ability to automate my messages and create servys with my clients.

What do you like best about Textline? TextUs applicaition was comfortably able to integrate with our erecruit applicaition very conveniently. Nower days we are aslo able to personalize customer messages using their name.

What do you like best about Textline? Textline applicationa is fairly simple to implement ,use and adapt.The integration with our saleforce applicaition is seamless and scheduled messages are so simple to set-up.
