"Better than Zip-Whip"

What do you like best about Text Request? We started with TextRequest because Zip-Whip is reaching it's end-of-life. This is a much better system. We can set out of office texts to automatically send. We can set templates so the client's name automatically appears. It is much easier to use and easier to send notices. The integration was a snap and the implementation was easy. We use it multiple times during the day and TextRequest is much easier to use.

What do you like best about Text Request? It is very helpful to have the color coding of white vs. gray texts to see what texts need to take action. What do you dislike about Text Request?

What do you like best about Text Request? I like how efficient it is to add in the contacts. Customer Support is also very easy with the text feature and was quick to reply. Our office uses it daily, and it is very easy to get used to. We switched from another text service we used for years so I was very familiar with a lot of the features.
