What do you like best about Text Request? It is helpful to use as a team. I have an assistant and we can both communicate with the clients and both be "in the know" about what has and has not been communicated with the client.

What do you like best about Text Request? We have implemented a new text program that is straightforward to use; it has excellent features like group texting and creating relevant templates. It was easy to transition from a less comparable form to Text Request's easy-to-use format. Excellent customer support and an easily accessible user guide.

"Easy Transition"
What do you like best about Text Request? I like the notification sounds and that I can see when someone else in my office is replying to the customer. The text channel shows them as "typing" and this prevents us from doing double the work or confusing a customer.

What do you like best about Text Request? I like the search feature and the option for group texts. When we transfered from the old one to the new one, it easily carrried everything over and we were able to pick up where we left off.
