What do you like best about Text Request? The fact that we can send a text to our customers about appointments and not have to use personal cell phone numbers is nice.

What do you like best about Text Request? We started using Text Request due to Zipwhip shutting down. The service is very easy to use and has a similar visual aspect. Integration was a snap. The customer support with the transfer was very simple. We use multiple dashboards everyday.

What do you like best about Text Request? Everything is easy to access and each user has their own account and signature. What do you dislike about Text Request?

What do you like best about Text Request? I like being able to send out and recieve texts to our agency's landline phone number. We have only been using it a short time, but so far I feel that it is going to assist us in keeping in contact with more clients without having to use our personal numbers.

What do you like best about Text Request? Text request is fantastic!! My overall interaction with it has been wonderful. It serves as a valuable resource that enables us to maintain communication with our field staff and clients. The feature I appreciate the most about Text request is its user-friendly nature and tha capability to dispatch messages to a group.

What do you like best about Text Request? None that I can see, it seems like a very antiquated program, not very viable for business use. I would not reccomend this to anyone I have ever met.
