What do you like best? The number of connectors and uniformity of our own datasets, which can be leveraged across our various vendors we use. The customization and flexibility of the CDP allows us to use it for multiple use cases including pushing visitor data to the client browser side, and enhancing profiles for re-targeting. What do you like best? The intuitive dashboard which displays all the relevant information pertaining to your particular market. What do you dislike? There are almost TOO many options. While information is great some of the information needs to be sorted effectively so that more time isn't wasted choosing options and filters. Advanced audience segmentation capabilities

What do you like best? It's very easy to set up audience enrichment and segments within the platform. There are many connectors with other platforms to facilitate flow of data without engineering required. What do you dislike? I don't have any particular dislikes for the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting audience behavior to campaigns and customer management operational systems.

Great Tool..bit of a learning curve..

What do you like best? We have been able to use audiencestream to setup email automation. We have seen massive lift with just this one channel on only a few brands and we are excited to use this to build more audience to reach users on other channels... What do you dislike? however, when using this... its not the most straight forward thing to setup... highly suggest getting into a training bootcamp with Tealium to go over how to start using Audiencestream... we were never really ...

What do you like best? The support team for the product has been excellent. Several of our current vendor partners were not supported by the platform but the Tealium team went above and beyond to make it work. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Audience Stream capability is something that other Tag Managers don't offer. It makes engineering the connection of sharing first party data with other media platforms much simpler as there is a direct integration with the data layer that has already been built on our web and mobile apps.
