What do you like best? I love the endless capabilities of AudienceStream, especially when taking into consideration the integrations with other complementary tools. What do you dislike? There is a learning curve to use it, but that goes with any martech platform these days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to easily remarket and retarget to customers based on their website behavior.

Incredibly versatile, unlimited potential

What do you like best? AudienceStream has the ability to create very complex and nuanced audiences, with a relatively simple interface, and no coding necessary. Building your own personalization platform from scratch would be a tremendous undertaking, and signing up with Audience Stream can get you ahead of the curve extremely quickly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that I can send any kind of event from the customer journey and it easily becomes available to build new attributes, audiences and campaigns. What do you dislike? I wish there was a test environment. Do everything with real life data sometimes is scary. Sometimes is hard to figure out how AudienceStream will stitch a user and we end up with users being joined.
