"Constantly Improving Product but Still Needs Improvements"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that the product is constantly improving and that they have frequent releases. Talkdesk has 3 releases a year and has been improving their products. Their support team is also responsive and always helpful. Our interactions with our CSM, AE, and different team members have all been great.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Reports, as a Salesforce analyst, talkdesk has amazing options for calls reports, also area code presence continues to amaze me how helpful it is.

"Reliable, no outages, good quality WW service network platform"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? TD Contact centre is intuitive with an admin friendly UI. Agent administration is straight forward. The migration from Callbar to the CX app was straight forward. Tech support response times are very good. They are also very helpful. As good as HPE Nimble, .... nearly :)

"I love Talkdesk for its ease of use"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I love many things about Talkdesk, but one of the things I appreciate most is the ease of use. The interface is so simple and easy to navigate, and I love that I can easily customize my call flows and settings to match my specific needs. Also, using Talkdesk with my existing CRM system is a huge plus!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The live reporting is great because I can see employee phone status which are also logged; this is very important when you have remote employees. Observe AI is incredible and allows for easy qa checks and ensuring customer satisfaction
