"Pretty easy to use!"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that everything is straightforward to use, and you can get the hang of it pretty quickly; you don't need intense training on it or anything. The support for this is fast in response. I love the Dashboard features and the app that you can download on your phone or tablet. In the whole year that I have used this software, I've only experienced an issue once and they fixed it right away!

"An ideal tool in 2021"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's intuitive. The interface is simple and easy to use so there is zero learning curve for this software. This is ideal for remote workers with limited access to onboarding training.
