"A Sales Teams Best Friend"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I really enjoy the UI and the overall accessibility of Talkdesk. We are able to load this up to all of our agent's laptops, cell phones, or desktops, enabling them to place all of their sales calls throughout the day without compromising their personal cell phones. "This app is great!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? My favorite part of Talkdesk is the integration between this application and my other applications. I use it with Salesforce, and the two work well together to allow me to review my activity with a client on their page. It is also beneficial to listen back to calls through the Talkdesk application to recall information from a call and it was also helpful when I was getting trained in my role to hear how a client call should go.

Useful to any industry

PROS: Talkdesk, as a cloud computing solution, cuts costs as it links well with Salesforce. This great integration allows me to save contacts in which case I could better prepare for a call when I see a certain name on the screen.

"I like that it shows everything, time, date, amount of calls in and outbound, etc."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? That it shows how many calls are made and at what time slot. It's great. Also, talk time is shown, which is perfect. You can also track each contact conversation separately.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It is a reliable phone system, easy to use, you can transfer calls with ease, and the reception during calls is good. I use a wired headset, and laptop. It is much simpler to use than 8x8!
