"Does what I need it to do."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The fact that I can create my reports, as long as I have administrator access. If I don't have admin access, I can get someone else that has it to create my report and then share it with me.

"Made The Switch To Aircall"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The stream lined user interface and overall functionality of aircall is better than talk desk in my humble opinion. We should have started with Aircall a long time ago.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? When I was experiencing an issue that had come up while i was using the service, I decided to reach out to the support team. I was able to receive a quick and helpful response in my inbox that actually solved the problem! No run-around.
