I somehow was logged out of my account

Customer service

I have called Talec support numerous times in a panic due to our pos system not working properly & they have always walked me through troubleshooting steps and we have worked issues out in a timely and efficient manner. They are patient and nice and in a world where customer support isn’t always a priority for a business, theirs always is. This software has a lot of nice features…but

This software has a lot of nice features if you can get past the lack of customer service and support at times and bugs, bugs, bugs. I have worked in IT for over 17 years. I've supported many different software packages so I understand how finicky web based apps can be but this software can be frustrating at times. I'm referring to Talech.com. Talech Register is much more stable but limited in the user interface for things like inventory control. Talech.com kicks me out randomly while doing ...

Once they were bought out the support went…

Once they were bought out the support went to hell and no one knows what the system can or can’t do. Promised apps would be created to do more for our specific needs for three or four years. Never happened. Constant problems with the system now to the point we spend more time fixing issues than helping customers. Don’t try this out for your business unless you like chasing issues.

Talech is absolutely terrible

Talech is absolutely terrible. Customer service is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. More than one support agent hung up on me while they "put me on hold for 1-2 minutes". Kai did this, Reda was patient, but still not helpful. Many flaws and glitches with the actual system itself. Very annoying to use. Some of the add ons and even taxes will require you to add it on individually and manually on every single item. Please if you are a business, do not ever use talech. Even ...

Above and beyond

One of my employees was having difficulty connecting to the printer. I called tech support and asked if they could call the shop to talk him through getting connected. The tech called the shop, got my guy connected and sent an email letting me know the issue was resolved. Great service.

If this is in response to today the…

If this is in response to today the 9/4/20 then 1 star. I was not able to speak to anyone and was not called or did not connect to anyone. Our Credit card system is wonky and cannot last more than 5 mins out of the charger. The Reg. App is making me log in every time when starting the day. When that was never the case.
